Family friendly environment with attentive staff.

Our experience was quite disappointing. The shower didn't work properly during our stay. On the first morning, there was no water at all, and when it finally came, it was lukewarm. We booked a balcony room, but instead, we faced a busy street with only a railing to prevent falling. We will not return to this hotel.

We had a lovely stay where I really enjoyed spending time at the newly remodeled pool and trying out the relaxing jacuzzi. The hotel also offers great beach access and live entertainment that made our evenings special. Just a tiny hiccup was the slow Wi-Fi, but it didn’t ruin our fun at all! 🌊

The location is excellent for exploring the city and beach, and the room was clean and nicely decorated with a hint of Mexican flair. Every day, we received two cold bottles of water, a nice touch in the warm weather. Unfortunately, service at the restaurant and pool area was hit or miss. it took too long to get attention, and pricing inconsistencies for taxis were frustrating. Dining was decent, but having the all-inclusive option might improve the experience significantly.

I recently stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the amazing variety of food options and the cheerful vibe of the pools. The extensive breakfast buffet was particularly delicious, and the vibrant beach atmosphere was just what I needed. I would definitely come back again!

However, the elevator was out of service during my stay, which was quite inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. The room size was a bit cramped, which made it feel tight at times, especially when getting ready for the day. Minor renovations could really enhance the comfort level. The dining options were good, but after a few days, I found the buffet a little repetitive. Overall, it was a lovely stay despite a few hiccups.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free wi-fi, a relaxing pool, and a great bar. The staff helped me with my suitcases on my first stay, which was nice. I recommend trying the jacuzzi. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.
